One of the best Instant Pot recipes made with chicken thighs smothered in a sweet and savory sauce and made with nutrient-dense organic bone broth. What more can you ask for?! This recipe was created by our dear friend, Melissa over at Melissa’s Healthy Kitchen!

INGREDIENTS

  • 2 chicken breast chopped into bite-size pieces
  • 2 tsp tapioca flour
  • 1 tbsp avocado oil
  • 1/2 cup coconut aminos
  • 1 tsp sesame oil
  • 2 tbsp manuka honey
  • 1 tbsp minced ginger
  • 3-4 garlic cloves minced
  • 1/2 cup Bonafide Provisions chicken bone broth
  • Salt + pepper to taste

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Coat your chicken with tapioca flour salt + pepper
  2. Add avocado oil to instant pot and set to sauté function. Brown your chicken for a few minutes, mixing throughout
  3. Add the rest of the Ingredients
  4. Close instant pot set to manual high pressure for 30 minutes and let the pressure release on its own once it’s done for 15 minutes
  5. Once it is done, let the pressure release on its own for about 10-15 minutes
